What are the chakras?
In Indian spiritual tradition, the body has seven main energy centres called chakras. They run from the base of the spine to the crown of the head: root, sacral, solar plexus, heart, throat, third eye and crown. Each one is linked to a part of life, such as security, emotion, confidence, love, speech, intuition and spiritual connection.
